I enjoyed this game as I'm a big fan of Superliminal, but at some point all of my controls got inverted which I found very frustrating and it didn't add anything to the game if it was supposed to happen on purpose. It was still completable but wish it didn't happen.
I think it happened because you can spin your camera fully around and I sometimes had to look around wildly when facing darkness to find the map again. Mostly didn't reset cause I didn't want to lose my progress XP. Superliminal <33
Not really. There's a small segment where a picture of a spider suddenly becomes real and walks past which was startling, and then a silhouette but nothing really in your face or loud. Mostly just an interesting puzzle experience!
I definitely like the concept of the game, but it could really benefit from something that indicated when you were 'upright'. I actually never got further than a certain point: Where you have to take multiple pictures of various gazebos before using a photo of a staircase to get to the door. By the time I get that last photo, I've already transposed three or four pictures, so the angle of movement's already screwed up. I tried six times and every time I put down that last photo, no matter what I tried I couldn't get it in a way where the door was 'upright'. And then repeating the level took so long comparatively to get to that point it really dragged me down.
This was a really fun experiment, thanks for making it! It's really trippy to have photographs just turn into other spaces, it never got boring or samey. It reminds me somewhat of the Red Dwarf episode where they discover that they can go back in time through photos.
nice fun game - i defo broke it on my first play though
on the level with the shallow water in the white corridors, if you place a picture 90-degrees right of where you pick it up, you can see something in the distance rotating, it's dark and shows up against the sky background
so i used the second image (in the rowboat) to angle the ground in a way i could reach it and fall onto it - it was the camera, which you are not supposed to have by that point i'm sure
after a few more levels everything kind of broke, but i started over and behaved myself and completed it properly :)
Fantastic game, I played Viewfinder a few weeks ago and I think I preferred this to some degree because there was a lot more variety and cleverness of the gags. It also reminds me of Superliminal (which considering the title may also have been an inspiration). Great job.
Yeah I just saw the same short and immediately came here, downloaded the game and completed it. It's really good. Very much reminds me of Superliminal which is high praise in my book. Very impressive. Would love to see this as a full length game and would happy contribute to a crowdfund for such an effort.
i love viewfinder and i love liminal spaces i just dont like games where a monster chaces you or jumpscares and a lot of liminal spaces games have those. does anybody know if this game has them as well or if it is just scary/strange looking rooms whit no real danger? the awnser will defenetly influnce if i will play this game myself or just watch a video
I was excited to try out this game because it seemed unique and interesting.
Though I was disappointed to find out that when I try to play it it acts like I'm constantly pressing W+A and it keeps moving forward/left diagonally. It makes the game unplayable unfortunately.

This game was pure chaos but wholy was it good highly recommend!!
tripped my brain out a a bit pretty cool
雖然有些關卡有重複,但大多還是挺有趣的。
喜歡視錯覺、空間解謎,或玩過 Viewfinder、Superliminal 的人,
這款一定要來試試看 :D
Damn dude this was an awesome proof of concept.
If you make a proper portal style game out of this that'd be amazing.
Great stuff!
Noticed a bug or two towards the end but I managed to get by haha

Huh I didn't notice any control changes during my play of it. Impressed you still completed it! I also thought of Superliminal ^^

Great game even tho it crashed at the end
Liminal stuff is such a cool concept and the photo idea was great!
Is this horror? Are there any jumpscares?

really good and creative game, i enjoy so much playing this.
Really good game. Reminds me of a backrooms game. :)
Always a treat to dabble in the peculiar. I found myself enjoying this quite a bit.
I made a video playthrough of this title with a review, expanding upon my thoughts in greater detail, all timestamped accordingly.
Enjoy.
Your game is good! Really wish this is longer, I miss viewfinder 🥲
this reminds me of superliminal !!
nice bro!

This was such a fun mechanic, i have had a lot of fun with this game couldn't wrap my head around it. Absolutely beautiful.
Fantastic game, highly recommended!!!!
Is this game getting popular again? If so, here's my video.

Excellent Game If Only It Was Longer.
I Made A Video Of It As-well.
Extremely reminiscent of Superliminal mixed with Viewfinder. Incredibly enjoyable.

Peak game! I made a video about this!
I found a way to get the camera early. This allows you to trap the banana.
that is a crazy game mechanic. Have no idea how you did this lol
If you want more of the same sort of experience, look for Viewfinder on Steam
Really fun Game!
This was super fun. Something funky happened in the last level where I kept walking diagonally

It has no monster, but it does feel like you're being watched

This may be caused by a connected controller
Hey! I’m the developer of this game. I noticed a recent increase in search engine traffic, and I’m interested to know where you found the game?
I just saw this YouTube video and came to download the game.
Saw this short https://youtube.com/shorts/Ix6ncWw5nQE?si=kqPVejPljD5wrY1o and was really interested then saw the price tag and needed to play it.
Also here from a YouTube short, game looked interesting!
Same short as Dean
Also here after watching the same short. I've already played Viewfinder and I liked it. Thought I'd give this game a go, cuz of the same mechanics
How do you even code this? How does it work?
nice
