Played your game and I have to say it was truly enjoyable and fun and was spooky too what I liked most about it was how the the atmosphere just seemed dark and unpleasant anyways good job and cant wait to see what else you create!
An incredibly simple game for simple minds, it gets boring quickly. I'm not trying to profit off your game, so my review is sincere. More complexity, more monsters, more.
the horror of descending into the unknown paired with obscure tasks makes this game a one of a kind. monsters lurking where you cant see them gives a real feeling of fear in this game.
I play your game (and a couple others) in my video below. You can also vote for your game to advance in my channels competition for best indie horror game of April at this link (shortened): https://shorturl.at/nWJRu I'll be 3D printing a scene or monster from the winning game to give to the game dev. You can see the print for our winner from january at this link: https://shorturl.at/Isyxx (link also shortened)
Hey Kenforest, just wanted to let you know your game advanced to the semifinals for our best indie horror of april competition. You and friends can vote for it here!
A very good short horror game, very simple management and not difficult to understand the mechanics very quickly. Would love to see this game expanded on.
The premise of the game is simple and short, but it was engaging and suspenseful. My reaction was authentic since I went in blind. There are no major complaints I have about it. (I decided to bring my review back since I can't let one downvote discourage me)
I give it a 5/5 here is why. The atmosphere and sounds in the game were great. Going down the elevator, and going deeper in the dark unground area was really creepy. While going down the elevator hearing noises from the distance or hear the rattling of the elevator add a lot to the horror and made me dread going further down.
Having the monster pop up was neat. It made me jump at the slightly sound and scared of the unknown darkness. It also made me worried about conserving my hand energy. I really like the final part of the game having to hurry back up while the whole thing flooded. I can really see the inspiration of White Knuckle, with the hand energy thing and the chase part at the end.
Awesome Game for sure! Wish it was longer and with maybe an actual monster like creature instead of a robot, it's pretty nice regardless, this feedback is more of a personal preference,

Aesthetically very beautiful game, a very well implemented mechanics in a very good playing time. to be done in 72 hours a complete achievement!
Interesting game. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the ride down. Loved the hand and how it changed colour. Keep up the great work.

Lived up to the hype, but for the majority of the game your finger is actually blue; false advertisement.
