A downloadable game

A small atmospheric game set in a strange, overgrown superstructure. It’s inhabited by peculiar hybrid creatures that you can collect to buy upgrades and repair your transport capsule — your only way to escape (or not).

The game was made in 72 hours for Ludum Dare 58 on the theme "Collector"

This was an awesomely disturbing game that I wish I could unlive being surrounded by metallic bugs the size of a dog is definitely what I didn't have in mind when I started playing

This was an awesome game my dude! The gameplay loop was so fun and entertaining, I really liked getting the upgrades and collecting more mechanical bugs! The graphics were awesome and the ambience was super great! I really enjoyed beating this one it was so fun, I really think you could expand on this gameplay and make more creatures to collect and even enemies! I really enjoyed this game and recommend completely! Here is my gameplay video, sub and help my channel grow everybody! :)

this is genuinely one of the loveliest games i've ever had the honour of playing, thank you so much ♡

This looks like a blast! Reminds me a lot of another Indie game I really love called "white knuckle" the similarity's between the "Pipeworks waste heap rooms" and this game are uncanny. the game is awesome and crispy. love it

Hmm. It says "No compatible downloads found".

happened to me too just now :`

this was a lot of fun to play !! thanks so much kenforest :))

Really good vibes and pacing! Loved the aesthetic

Love the aesthetic and the gameplay! The concept could be extended to other areas or rooms until you find a final exit (such as retrieving plants from underwater) and mechanics (using oxygen bottles, faster swimming), etc. Great gem!

It’s mind-boggling that it was made in just 72 hours.

lovely game wish there was just more to the game i loved the style w the pixels its FIRE

Can't download it, says "no compatible downloads were found"

This appears from the .zip contents to be Windows-only.  It'd be nice to be warned ahead of time so I can avoid downloading something I can't run.  (It'd be even nicer to have a Linux build, but absent that I'd at least like to know when it's not worth bothering to download.)

very cool, tho i expected more "scary" in there

This was a great game! Very easy and fun!

The graphics fit the game perfectly, the creativity was nice, and the gameplay was simplistic yet hooking. My gameplay was very peaceful, I got all the necessary bugs (I didn't get ALL the creatures, I wasn't planning too, but maybe sometime), and I had fun planning and picturing. And even the enemies (those vaccum flies) were very cute and I liked them.

I do have some issues though:

Firstly, the graphics kinda warbled around? I don't know if it's intentional, but sometimes some polygons look bigger than others and the textures don't line up at certain angles. It did create an interesting look though.

Secondly, a lack of a tutorial confused me. It was clear to take creatures and dump them into the pipe, but when I first played, I didn't know it was mandatory to get upgrades (Like the jump boost that you needed to get the flying creatures). If it was communicated on what the player needs, I think the first-time experience would have gone on much more smoothly.

Finally, I think the game lacked replayability. Being thrown into the same environment with the same requirements got boring over time. If a different gameplay lead to a different environment every time, with new creatures or different needs, I think it would've spiced the game a lot more and made it more refreshing to replay it.

Overall, I loved the game despite some confusion, and I think you did a very great job for a game made in such a short time. I would like some updates though!
